Contact Directory Support

Use the directory support form for account access, profile corrections, privacy questions, content reports, removal requests and technical issues on this website.

Contact Directory Support

Use this form for questions or reports about the directory itself. It is the right place for a website account, a public-profile concern, a privacy question, a removal request or a technical problem. It is not a channel for arranging meetings, negotiating private terms or managing payments between adults.

What directory support handles

Directory support considers information that identifies a website issue. Give the exact public URL when a request relates to a profile or page, state the action you are asking for, and keep the request focused on one matter. Clear details make it easier to distinguish a correction or report from a general enquiry.

How to prepare the right support request

How to prepare a directory support request
Request Useful details Next action or information to leave out
Account or registration problem Your account email or username, the last step completed and the error shown. Describe the issue in one message. Do not send a password, recovery code or other sign-in secret.
Incorrect profile information The exact public URL and the specific photograph, field or statement that appears incorrect. State the correction requested. Use a profile report control first when one is currently available.
Copyright, impersonation or removal request The affected URL, your connection to the material and a concise factual explanation. Name the action requested. Do not send a full identity-document archive or unrelated private material.
Privacy question The information concerned, where it appears and whether you seek access, correction or another review. Keep the request limited to the relevant data or page, rather than including unrelated account records.
Technical website problem The page URL, device and browser, steps taken, result seen and expected result. Describe one reproducible problem per message and leave out payment or account credentials.

What the contact form requires

The form asks for a name, one reply-contact value and a message. Use a reply-contact method you can access, such as a Telegram, WhatsApp or email detail that the form accepts. The message must contain between 10 and 3,000 characters.

There is no attachment-upload control and no selector for request type. Name the request type in the first line, then give the relevant public URL or account detail in the message.

How to make a request identifiable

  • Start with a short line that names the issue.
  • Paste the exact page address instead of describing how you reached it.
  • State what happened and the practical action you are requesting.
  • For a technical problem, include the browser and the steps that reproduce it.
  • For public content, identify the exact image, field or statement at issue.

Keep a copy of the URL and explanation you submit. If the facts later change, make the update clear and include only the new, relevant information.

Information not to send

  • Passwords, one-time codes or account-recovery secrets.
  • Card numbers, bank credentials, wallet keys or seed phrases.
  • Full identity-document archives that are not needed to explain the issue.
  • Unrequested intimate images, videos or other sensitive media.
  • Personal data about people who are unrelated to the request.

Share only the information needed to describe the website issue. The form is not a place to send private archives or material unrelated to the page, account or profile named in the request.

Directory support and a profile's direct contact option

Directory support handles website accounts, public-content concerns, privacy questions and technical issues. It does not contact an advertiser for a visitor, confirm private availability, arrange or cancel a meeting, negotiate personal terms or recover money sent outside the website.

For a profile enquiry, use only the contact option currently shown on that profile. Any later conversation, agreement or payment is a private arrangement between the adults involved and remains outside the directory.

What happens after submission

Review the reply contact, URL and description before submitting. A submitted request does not promise a response time or a particular result, so include enough detail for the issue to be understood without guessing.

If a page or profile changes after you have written, refer to the same URL and identify exactly what is now different. Avoid opening several unrelated requests about the same issue.
