Hong Kong Directory Terms of Use
These Terms explain the adult-only rules for using Escort HK, including account duties, advertiser content, moderation and limits on private arrangements.
Scope, operator and acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to Escort HK (the "Website"). The Website is operated by the Website Administration (the "Operator"). These Terms take effect on 10 August 2026.
The official contact for questions about these Terms is directory support. By accessing, browsing or registering an account on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must immediately leave and cease all use of the Website.
Adult eligibility and lawful use
You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years old and meet any higher age requirement that applies where you access it. You must use the Website only where access to the Website and its adult-oriented content is lawful for you.
The Operator's approach to access from restricted locations and suspected underage use is to prohibit access from jurisdictions where adult directories are illegal and to remove a profile suspected of violating age requirements.
Definitions used in these Terms
In these Terms, "Directory" means the online platform provided at the Website. "Visitor" means an individual browsing the Directory. "Advertiser" means an independent companion or agency publishing a profile. "Profile Content" means text, images and contact details uploaded by an Advertiser. "Private Arrangement" means any communication, booking, physical meeting or transaction occurring outside the Website.
These definitions apply only to explain the rules below. They do not expand the Website's role beyond operating as a digital advertising noticeboard.
Role of the Directory
The Website's role is limited to a digital advertising platform. The Website is not an escort agency, booking service or brothel. It does not arrange meetings, screen clients, act as a broker or process payments for physical services.
The boundary for direct messages, negotiations, meetings, private services, schedules and payments begins when a Visitor contacts an Advertiser through a published phone number or third-party messaging application. Nothing in these Terms makes the Operator a party to a Private Arrangement.
Accounts and access credentials
Registration requires a valid email address. A user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and confidential.
For account access, security concerns, suspension or closure, users must submit a request through directory support. Users must not share accounts, use automated bots to access the site or attempt to bypass security measures.
Advertiser submissions and public profile content
An Advertiser may submit profile images, descriptions and service lists, subject to moderation for lawful adult content. Before submitting Profile Content, an Advertiser must hold all necessary copyrights, model releases and legal consents for publication.
The Advertiser warrants that submitted information is truthful and that people depicted are strictly 18+. A breach may result in content removal, profile deletion or other account action. Publication of Profile Content does not mean that the Operator endorses or verifies the real-world conduct of an Advertiser.
Prohibited content and conduct
Visitors and Advertisers must not use the Website to promote illegal acts, human trafficking, non-consensual content or services involving minors. Prohibited content includes underage material, extreme violence, illegal drugs and stolen intellectual property.
Harassment, impersonation, copyright infringement and unauthorised collection of data may result in content removal, account restriction or other action under these Terms.
Moderation, enforcement and review
The Operator may take moderation actions including editing text for formatting, rejecting content that does not meet the Website rules, temporarily suspending accounts or removing profiles for a breach of these Terms.
The complaint or appeal process is conducted through directory support. No specific response time or restoration result is guaranteed.
Platform fees and payments
The Directory is currently free to use for Advertisers and Visitors. The Operator does not process payments, subscriptions or financial transactions on the Website. Any financial exchange for advertising services introduced in the future will be governed by a separate billing agreement.
Intellectual property and content licence
The Operator's rights in the Website design, software, databases and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Visitors may browse the Website for personal, non-commercial use and must not scrape or reproduce Directory data with automated tools.
An Advertiser grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, crop and distribute Profile Content on the Website for advertising purposes. Ownership of submitted material remains with the Advertiser or original copyright holder.
Reports, copyright complaints and removal requests
For a copyright, impersonation, privacy or removal concern, contact directory support and provide the exact URL, a factual description of the concern and proof of rights where relevant. The Operator reviews reports under the applicable process; no response period or outcome is promised.
External links and off-platform channels
Profiles may contain links to third-party websites, Telegram usernames or WhatsApp numbers. The Operator does not control those external platforms.
Before using an external channel, users should review the privacy policies of the relevant third-party service. The Operator is not a party to communications, transactions or incidents occurring off-platform.

Disclaimers and limits of liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Operator does not warrant that the Website will operate error-free or that its servers are free of computer viruses or similar contamination.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator, its administrators and affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including physical harm, emotional distress or financial loss, resulting from use of the Directory, any Private Arrangement or the conduct of an Advertiser or Visitor.
Suspension, termination and continuing provisions
The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms. Provisions regarding liability limitations, intellectual-property rights and governing law survive such termination.
Governing law and dispute process
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or related to use of the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Changes to these Terms and contact
The Operator may change these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
